About the role
Leading the dispensing team, this role will train, develop and mentor team members to ensure key objectives are being met for the practice. You will be responsible for optical dispensing of frames and lenses, answering patient queries, ordering and managing frames, pretesting and overseeing the web shop. Overall you will provide quality care and exceptional service to patients.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified Dispensing Optician with a customer centric focus and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a busy environment with a professional approach and a meticulous attention to detail and process. With previous experience in a similar role, you are ready to move to a forward thinking practice which offers a supportive team environment.
Additionally, you will possess the following:

3+ years' experience  
An ability to liaise with a diverse range of customers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organisational and time management skills
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and drive to succeed in the role
