Position: Pharmacy Technician Location: Porirua Pharmacy Type: Full-time, Fixed term until December 2025 with the possibility of extension.
As a Dispensary Technician, you will be: Assisting the pharmacist to ensure the smooth running of the dispensary (including dispensing).
Providing healthcare advice, product recommendations, and counselling to customers.
Building a good rapport with our community and assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries.
Dispensary stock management and replenishment.
Updating customer files and other administrative tasks.
We want to hear from you if you: Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a community pharmacy (OTC knowledge is essential).
Have a First Aid qualification (highly desirable).
Proficiency in TONIQ Dispensary software (advantageous).
Able to multitask with a clear head and a positive attitude.
Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit exceptional accuracy and speed with a good eye for detail.
Have Blister pack experience.
