Role : Dispatch Supervisor
Shift : Sunday 7.00am - 7.15pm, Monday 7.00am - 7.15pm, Tuesday 7.00am - 7.15pm, Wednesday 7.00am - 2.15pm
Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead and mentor a team of dispatch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor dispatch schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines. Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics. Leadership Responsibilities : Inspire and Motivate: Encourage team members to achieve their best through positive reinforcement and recognition of their efforts. Develop Talent: Identify and nurture the potential within your team, providing opportunities for growth and development. Lead by Example: Demonstrate commitment, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all your actions. Strategic Vision: Align team goals with the company's strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications : Previous experience in Dispatch, warehousing or logistics. Previous manufacturing experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join Us?
