What You'll Be Doing Mo te Turanga As a part of our 2022 CRM Contact Centre award-winning team, you will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.
The Dispatch team coordinates and manages the roadside breakdown service response to all AA Members and Customers.
Perceived as the "Hub" of Roadservice because they are the link between the wider contact centre team and our roadside staff.
Interactions are similar to the contact centres in handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining email and web communications to other operational teams and the workforce management of Service Officers, Battery Van contractors and other AA Contractors nationwide.
This role involves working a full-time, 6-week rotational roster including 4 weekends out of every 6 and a mix of morning and afternoon start times therefore flexibility is required!
