Dispatch Coordinator

Trade Assist have an opportunity for YOU to work with a well-known nationwide supplier of building materials.
We are looking for someone who will bring high energy and a good work ethic to the role.
The Role:

Monday-Friday | 7:00am-5:00pm (extra hours may be required during busy periods)
Coordinating deliveries, ensuring accurate loads and completing any necessary paperwork
Operating a counterbalance forklift
Using a computer system to manage delivery schedules, maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stocktakes
Working alongside the yard supervisor to achieve daily delivery targets
Providing excellent customer service

To be successful you will need:

Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator or similar role essential
A positive attitude and the ability to provide an efficient and friendly delivery service
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity with the Christchurch area and optimal delivery routes
Knowledge of building materials/timber will be advantageous
