You will be a brilliant multitasker, running reports, liaising with the payroll team and our HR Analysts, working collaboratively to solve masterdata issues in support of the HR Administration team. Your day will be filled with variety and challenges. You'll enjoy working as one team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.
Ideally, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field area (level 6) e.g. human resources, business or related discipline, or relevant specialist experience.
At least 4 years' experience in an administration role, in a customer-focused environment, with at least one year experience in some sort of leadership capacity: either a leader of people, a leader of expertise or a leader of projects.
Highly knowledgeable in HR processes and legislation and experienced in modelling and coaching best practice guidelines.
HR/payroll system experience, preferably with SAP experience (desirable).
