Our existing team is in search of a new team member following internal promotion.As a Logistics Support Coordinator in our dispatch team, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and scheduling the movement of goods and vehicles across Southland and Otago, ensuring punctual deliveries.
This position offers variety and evolves in sync with your capabilities and confidence.Primary Responsibilities Include: Coordinating and scheduling goods, vehicles, and personnel Monitoring deliveries and ensuring seamless communication with drivers, clients, and customers Assisting with various logistics duties as required Providing cover across dispatching and planning teams when needed This role allows you to imprint your unique touch on our daily operations, contributing your organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite is crucial, coupled with the willingness and ability to learn logistics software.
While prior knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
We provide comprehensive onsite training and continuous support.This is a full-time role based at our Kennington office, just ten minutes from Invercargill.
