The Opportunity As the Disciplinary Tribunal Coordinator you will have a focus on panel meeting coordination, relationship management and ensuring the smooth running of the hearing processes from 'go to whoa'.

What's on offer: Support around your professional development and career advancement Flexible working arrangements, including two days a week WFH and additional wellbeing days Bright modern offices, close to the waterfront and railway station Interesting job content that offers challenge and stimulation The role responsibilities: Provide support throughout the entire process of a disciplinary hearing Liaise with external parties and panel members Coordinate panel meetings including setting dates and inviting attendees Ensure meetings are fully resourced and information is provided Attend meetings to record main talking points and decisions Draft and prepare correspondence and relevant documentation Support panel members with the reimbursement of expenses / travel Coordinate travel, venue and all meeting attendees Upload all relevant case file information into the CRM database About you: You will be someone who can work at pace, meet deadlines and who is relationship focused with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders both in-person and virtually.
A confident and competent communicator is important, along with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
You'll also enjoy working within a diverse workplace with strong commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi.
You could be someone with experience in tribunal/judicial process management or who has worked within a Regulatory environment.
Ideally you hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have at least 3 years' experience in a relevant coordination / administration role.
Some travel may be required during the month (up to 2-3 times to main cities).
