Disablity Support Worker - Fixed Term

MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers. The Position: This is a fixed term position from 02/12/2024 through to 07/12/2025 working 64 hours per fortnight. Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 3.30pm until 10.00pm Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 3.30pm until 10.00pm. Skills and Experience: A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind. An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people. Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach. Energy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a team. Full NZ Driver License as part of your role will be driving a MASH van. A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing is preferable.
