In this role you will provide advice and support to the executive leadership team as well as lead the development and delivery of future focused best practice.This role is an integral part of the People and Technology leadership team and will work closely with the Director Organisational Capability & DEI to build an adaptable, inclusive, and collaborative culture.Key priorities for this role include furthering the development of informative and insightful people reporting, embedding a new remuneration framework and supporting the delivery of a future focused workforce strategy.A central focus of this role will be to lead our Talent and People Operations functions into the next generation of HR by working in partnership with the business to build a workforce of the future.You will provide expertise, coaching, and leadership to the directorate leadership team to deliver operationally excellent services across the RBNZ and in support of our critical enterprise projects and strategic priorities.332 pukenga - About youWe're looking for an experienced senior HR leader who can bring a people-first, customer centric, future focused approach with experience building maturity and embedding operational excellence. If you are:An experienced HR leader (10 years + experience) with experience in a similar role.Experienced working as a trusted advisor at the senior executive and Board levels.Have proven experience of successfully building, maturing and embedding best practice into HR Business Partnering, ER, Recruitment, Early Careers and HRIS functions.Have a solid understanding of NZ Employment Law and significant hands-on ER experience within complex organisations.A sound thought leader with the ability to develop considered people strategies and plans that reflect insightful analysis and smart assessment of options.then we want to hear from you!
