Responsibilities: Collaborate with fellow board members to formulate and execute strategic plans for the company's growth and development. Provide insight and guidance on financial and operational matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Actively engage in decision-making processes related to investments, acquisitions, and other key business initiatives. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct within the organization. Represent the firm at industry events, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector. Strong financial acumen and a track record of successful decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. Visionary mindset and the ability to anticipate and adapt to market trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent degree  A minimum of 5 years of business advisory experience in an NZ public practice accounting firm  CA or CPA-qualified  Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
