Our college site, located on the outskirts of Hastings, offers expansive playing fields and top class facilities for our young men to develop their sporting passions.We seek a director of sport to help us achieve the aims of our Strategic Plan that relate to the Sporting Cornerstone. The role involves the leadership of our character-based, compulsory sporting programme, along with meeting the needs of high-performance athletes at the college. Teaching up to 4 hours a week is also part of this role.The role requires excellent administrative and communication skills, with an ability to build partnerships internally and with the wider community, including sponsors.This position will commence at the start of term 1, 2025.
