About the role This is a rare leadership opportunity in our Ultra Luxury Lodge. You will provide leadership for all operational departments; overseeing direct supervision of the Food & Beverage division (Restaurant, Bar, Event Operations, In-Room Dining, Culinary, and Stewarding), Rooms departments (Front of House, Housekeeping and Spa), and Engineering. Shared supervision of T&C, S&M, IT, Finance.
We are seeking a leader who will inspire and support all associates and managers to achieve goals in line with Rosewood's vision. To maintain and continue to develop efficient systems and services to support the smooth running of all departments and highest satisfaction level of both our associates and guests.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive hospitality experience, a strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. The right applicant must be self-motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
This is a first in command position on property, reporting to the Managing Director based in a different property.
