Are you an accomplished HR leader ready for your next big challenge?
We're looking for a visionary HR professional to take the lead and drive strategic initiatives across the Ontario region.

The Director of Human Resources will be instrumental in providing strategic HR support to employees and leaders across multiple locations in Ontario.
This role requires an experienced HR professional with a robust background in labour relations, talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
The successful candidate will lead the Ontario HR team and collaborate closely with business unit leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
What you should expect: Provide strategic direction for HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the Ontario region.
Oversee all aspects of HR management, including but not limited to labour relations, talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
Lead and mentor the Ontario HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Partner with the VP of Human Resources to drive HR initiatives and projects at both the regional and company-wide levels.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, guiding on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.
What you should bring: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7 + years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on labour relations, talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving organizational change.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ontario.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate HR strategy into actionable plans.
SHRM or HRPA certification preferred.
