About the Role:

We're looking for a proven, responsible leader to take the Fiftyfive5 offer and capability to the New Zealand market. This role would suit an experienced and commercially minded research practitioner who is looking to make a difference. The work Fiftyfive5 undertakes is diverse – pure consulting, high end-qual, advanced quant, integrated marketing problem solving – linked only by a common goal to achieve tangible outcomes.

Fundamental to success in this role would be outstanding communication and leadership skills, client and team management skills and a strategic mindset with an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with a path forward. Ideally, the successful candidate would have market research supplier experience spanning both public and commercial New Zealand clients.

This role would include:

Taking the Fiftyfive5 offer to the New Zealand market

Input into strategy development and direction of Fiftyfive5 in New Zealand

Professionally representing Fiftyfive5 to clients, the industry and within Accenture

Designing and delivering research that is sharp, smart, inventive, and pragmatic

Growing and mentoring the Fiftyfive5 team:

Guiding the team with strategic thinking and ensuring we deliver great project and client outcomes

Demonstrating a passion for ongoing and self-directed learning to develop your own skills and mentoring and helping develop the skills of the team

Building and developing a sustainable team

Building and maintaining our existing clients' relationships

Developing and owning client relationships that thrive and endure. Working with those clients to define their key business concerns and shape research studies that will answer to those concerns.

Immersing yourself in the client's business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to build
