Anglican Diocesan Ministry Support Centre
Management (Community Services & Development)
Full time
The Anglican Diocese of Christchurch is a regional organisation within the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia. The Diocese exists to serve the people in 55 ministry units in Canterbury, Westland and the Chatham Islands by working towards the global Anglican Communion's five marks of mission:
To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom.
To teach, baptize, and nurture new believers.
To respond to human need by loving service.
To transform unjust structures of society, to challenge violence of every kind, and pursue peace and reconciliation.
To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth.
Through the 2020s the Diocese is engaged in comprehensive work towards Regeneration – seeking renewal of the Diocese through building new generations of worshippers and disciples in our ministry units, and reshaping the Diocese so it is fit for purpose for its Christ-centred mission in the 21st century.
