We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be a part of our team responsible for Digitising our information.Mo te turanga - About the roleAs the Digitisation Officer - Preparation you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our Clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation service of our Clinical Records. You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service, which includes file preparation and document management.To be successful in this role you will have the following:Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookHigh standard of interpersonal communication skillsAbility to process large volumes of documents with varying sizes and formattingAbility to focus for extended periods of timeAbility to use Digitisation hardware and softwareUtu whanui - Salary rangeThis role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 1 between $57,291 to Step 3 $63,630 dependent on relevant experience.Due to the fast-paced nature of what we do, our vacancy close dates may be subject to change.
