Our work touches all Aucklanders and visitors to our region, creating a legacy for future generations.In this fixed term opportunity you will lead a team of Product Owners and own the overall digital product delivery roadmap.
You will work with stakeholders to create value-based digital product roadmaps and work with the wider teams to ensure we successfully deliver against it.
This is a leadership role where you will ensure that the Product Owners have the right tools, knowledge, and resources available to be successful.Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will provide insights and tools to assess the performance of our products against key metrics and provide recommendations to invest, sustain, or retire products.
Working closely with our customers and Product Owners to support the creation of innovative thinking for the products in the portfolios by translating strategy into an actionable product roadmap.You will have great leadership experience, be an excellent communicator, and have a high level of problem-solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement.
You will also have:5 - 10 years' experience in a professional services or information technology environmentMinimum of 6 years' experience in Product Ownership or Product ManagementProven successful Product Ownership and/or Product ManagementManagement of successful teamsExperience of managing client and/or stakeholder relationshipsExperience working in an environment comprising multiple projects and stakeholdersSo, what's in it for you?
