This is a newly established role, offering you the unique opportunity to lead and optimize our digital platforms, ensuring they support our mission to make the world a safer place.As the Digital Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance and maintenance of our digital platforms, ensuring their stability, efficiency, and optimization. You will play a crucial role in monitoring digital operations, tracking system performance, and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Your ability to communicate and resolve issues with a broad range of business and technology stakeholders will be key to your success.You will support digital product owners during incidents, ensuring robust and seamless communications across our channels. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards will be a priority as you work with business and tech partners.Your leadership will drive the implementation of code software changes to digital applications, ensuring no increased risk exposure to IAG. You will collaborate with teams across the consumer business, claims, IT, and other departments to integrate digital strategies and improve platform reliability and connectivity.
