Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:
McKesson, a leading healthcare company in Nelson, NZ, is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
2. Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
6. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
7. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and resources.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
