Job Description:
American Financial Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate-level role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness for our financial services company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Manage the company website and ensure it is optimized for search engines
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Lead a small team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team setting
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management systems
