In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for integrating and aligning our digital marketing efforts—advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, and design services—into a cohesive strategy to drive client success. You will work closely with Senior Leadership to ensure the highest quality of execution across all projects, campaigns, and client initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and LeadershipOversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.Provide guidance to the digital marketing, content creation, and design team members, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy across all outputs.Campaign Management & DeliveryLead the analysis of campaign, social and email marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI) to offer actionable insights that improve overall effectiveness.Oversee the execution of digital marketing services across platforms (social media, email, advertising) with all technical setups in place, including automation.Lead A/B testing efforts for digital campaigns to optimise performance and refine strategies.Monitor all aspects of marketing campaigns to identify potential risks and underperformance, and work proactively to mitigate these risks using data-driven insights.Develop contingency plans and make real-time adjustments to campaigns when needed to ensure alignment with objectives.Conduct post-campaign analyses to enhance risk management strategies for future projects.Client Engagement & SupportSupport the Sales team with new client pitches, contributing creative ideas and marketing strategies, often with quick turnarounds to meet tight deadlines.Work with the Client Experience team to develop successful, tailored marketing strategies for each client that align with their business goals.Quality AssuranceMaintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy across all marketing outputs, ensuring all content and campaigns are client-ready.Foster a collaborative environment within the team, offering feedback and support to consistently produce high-quality work.Incorporate client feedback into deliverables and ensure the team's work consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital marketing assets.What we are lookingExperience: 5+ years of proven experience within the Industry - You will be a Digital expert, with the ability to craft strategy that drives resultsSocial Media Savvy: Expertise in social media strategy development and success in increasing engagement and brand visibility.Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions.Communication: Ability to report on client performance and marketing outcomes to senior leadershipCollaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, content etc) to align marketing initiativesMarketing Automation & CRM: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for cohesive digital marketing effortsHow to Apply:Sumbit your application through the Apply Now Button, with your cover letter please include your proudest moment in your career so far.Join us at Digital Simple and be part of a team that is shaping the future of marketing in New Zealand.
