Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and work remotely from Nelson, New Zealand. As a key member of our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email, and website
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
