Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Baxalta in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for all things digital.

Responsibilities:- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content for social media, email marketing, and website- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools- Help manage the company's online presence and reputation- Support the planning and execution of digital events and promotions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing- Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
