We're on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing & Administration Coordinator to manage our digital presence and support our team across three dynamic brands.

Key Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing & Administration Coordinator will manage content updates across three brand websites using Shopify, ensuring accuracy and coordinating promotions.
They will also develop and execute social media strategies using Vista Social, create content with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, engage with followers, and analyze metrics to boost visibility.
Responsibilities include managing email campaigns via Klaviyo, optimizing Google Ads, and tracking website performance through Google Analytics.
Additionally, the role involves managing customer data in Prospect CRM, providing administrative support with tools like Google Suite, Xero, and Cin7, and assisting management as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally managing multiple brands.
Proficient in Shopify, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Vista Social, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Prospect CRM.
Experience with business software like Cin7 and Xero ideally, but not essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across three brands.
