Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Craft and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with our company goals.Project Management: Lead digital projects from concept to execution, including process automation and technology integration.Collaboration: Work closely with teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our competitiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Training & Support: Provide training on new processes and gather feedback to ensure smooth technology rollouts.Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives.What We're Looking For: 4 years of e-commerce experience with a strong retail background.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive mindset that thrives in a dynamic environment.Why Join Us?
