This is a fast-paced role at the heart of ensuring our campaigns come to life in an engaging way, while you will be leading the team this role requires plenty of 'doing' and creating assets as well as the management of the team.
What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire: Guide a talented team of designers, fostering creativity and ensuring exceptional quality across all digital assets.Design Excellence: Oversee the creation of engaging visuals for websites, EDMs, social media, and digital advertising. Conceptualise designs from the briefs supplied using appropriate UI/UX principles to build out engaging digital journeys.Strategic Vision: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into visually compelling designs.Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to keep our creations fresh and impactful.Time and Organisational Management: Manage the design process and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and exceed expectations. You will need to be on top of all campaigns and allocate jobs to your team to ensure they are delivered on time.Maintain all brand guidelines in all aspects of our work.What We're Looking For: Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a design team with a track record of inspiring and mentoring creative talent. You will look at how you can train and develop your team to keep achieving excellence in all campaigns.Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing your work in web design, EDMs, social media, and digital advertising.Creative Vision: Ability to blend strategic thinking with creativity to deliver standout digital solutions.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including XD, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Understanding of basic HTML.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies clearly. Be part of post campaign analysis including feedback on any A/B tests undertaken.Exceptional time management: This role is action packed with tight deadlines. The right person needs to be able to manage their time to ensure all outcomes are met.
