This role will be part of our highly successful and growing Product department and will work in a cross-functional environment with Product managers, customers and development teams.
This role will understand product requirements and identify design solutions to interface challenges in a user-centered approach.

ezyVet is a cloud-based Veterinary Practice Management Software and Vet Radar is a workflow management software. We provide easy-to-use Software that helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with clients and reduce workload stress.

So what are we looking for?
Design, ideate, problem solve! Be in your creative element coming up with solutions and interactive prototypes using your UI and UX skills.
Conduct research and execute user experience initiatives for the ezyVet suite of applications.
Engage with customers via feedback request forums, one-to-one conversations, onsite visits, and online video conversations.
Develop and roll out testing with our amazing network of customers who are in our testing group, as well as some of our engineers and wider ezyVet staff.
Gather feedback, listen, adapt, and flesh out the solution so that the product will be of real benefit.
Responsible for creating interactive user-centric prototypes.
Create a well-considered design plan and work with our Product Owners and Engineers to bring the solution to life!
What you will bring:
Product Design experience - UX & UI.
Prior experience with prototyping and user testing.
High attention to detail.
A creative flair matched with an intensity to understand how customers use the product.
Clear communicator and a great listener.
Strong understanding of the software development process.
Experience of working in an Agile methodology is beneficial.
