How you'll make an impact: This role is part of The Hub (Xero's internal creative and production department) and will be responsible for managing and delivering digital projects and components via Xero's website and digital asset management platform (DAM).
The purpose of this role is to own smaller projects that have briefs that impact content on the .com, through an in-depth knowledge of this area. You'll also support other producers where updates to Xero's website are part of a wider project as well as be the point person for the correct filing, sharing and archiving of digital assets via the Xero DAM, as well as provide support on other digital asset platforms as our production and technology needs adapt and change.
Reporting to our Creative Operations Manager, Digital Delivery Managers work closely with our production, operations and creative teams to scope, manage and deliver these components and assets, as well as take ownership for quick turnaround, small scale tasks.
What you'll do: Ensure you remain up to speed and highly proficient in all the components and workflows required to update Xero's Website via Adobe AEM (our Adobe CMS)Work as the day to day 'hands on' delivery manager for work that impacts the content on Xero's websiteBuild and maintain relationships with project stakeholders in a respectful, effective and collaborative mannerBuilding respect and demonstrating quality through reliable deliveryWork with project stakeholders to ensure key milestones are approved on time to ensure timely delivery of required deliverables across projectsUphold and monitor The Hub's workflow and project management systemUphold, manage and monitor the Xero DAM's taxonomy, filing structure and integrity through the careful curation of content and workflowsUpload assets and manage the integrity of other platforms across Xero such as YouTube and Brightcove as well as any potential new platform Xero enablesJoin regular production meetings to ensure all stakeholders and production resources remain focussed, informed and aware of any roadblocks and impending deadlinesEnsure creative quality of work is protected through navigating organisational expectations and time managementShare digital assets to external vendors such as relevant video files, brand assets, etc, where requiredWhat you'll bring with you: 2+ years agency or other similar production experienceA high level of experience working with a CMS (strong preference for Adobe AEM)Experience working with Figma and copy docs to build out requirements in a CMSExperience working with a DAM and a creative or production teamAn eye for detail and process excellenceProject management experience in delivering a variety of digital projectsExperience in managing multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders and team membersProven ability to drive and manage efficiency and timely delivery on every project
