We are a team of content editors and writers with best web practice and technical web expertise.Accountabilities:Content production:Crafting engaging, market-driven contentMeeting web best practice standardsWriting, editing and approving web contentCreating content that is accessibleEnsuring content is accurateWriting for different audiencesMeeting plain English standardsContent Management:Manage content, images and documents across Massey's public websitesPublish, review and archive content according to best practicesAudit content to ensure accuracy and currencyCustomer Focus:Advocate for users' needs and expectationsSimplify user journeys to optimise outcomes for usersEnsure processes are in place and are followed, to support continuous improvement of user journeys.Qualifications and Experience:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred i.e., English or Communications, or a related field.Experience:At least 5 years' experience in web writing, content management and/or digital marketingStrong writing, editing and content development skillsExperience writing and publishing digital marketing and campaign contentExperience with web content management systems and best practicesUnderstanding of web content strategies and best practicesExperience with digital marketing and reporting tools e.g., Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Looker StudioA creative and innovative approach to workExcellent communication skills, and able to work within a teamUniversity experience preferred, or experience within a large organisationPre-employment checks:Requirement to pass a Criminal and Traffic Convictions (Security) Check performed by the Ministry of Justice.
