The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Specialist to join our Animal Management Marketing & Communications team at #TeamGallagher. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a talented team to coordinate and execute content that aligns with Gallagher's global and regional marketing strategies. Your focus will be on external communications projects and marketing automation content, driving the narrative that supports our animal management digital strategy. A key aspect of this role is engaging with stakeholders, so you'll need to be curious, passionate, and proactive in asking questions to gather the insights necessary for creating exceptional content. This is a 6-month fixed term role to implement key communications and digital marketing plans as we roll out our new Customer Experience platform. You will play an integral role in generating a content library to set Gallagher's marketing and communications teams up for success. The Fit You're an experienced content writer, with a background in marketing automation and content strategy and you're an exceptional communicator – with a flair for managing relationships. You can source and write engaging stories that resonate with global audiences, and you get there by interviewing key stakeholders and customers to ensure our content is relevant and impactful. The ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams is essential. To succeed in this role, you'll also need: 3+ years' experience in content writing or communications role Experience in developing content for marketing automation purposes Experience in content strategy and implementation Experience in social media content creation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong aptitude for or ideally background in b2b, technically focused industries Skills in videography, photography and experience in the Adobe suite are desired but not essential Why Gallagher?
