We're looking for a keen Digger/Loader Operator to join our RAP - "Recycled Asphalt Plant" team based out of Mt Wellington Auckland. Reporting to the Department Supervisor and working in a crew of 4, you will complete necessary tasks to ensure raw materials are stockpiled & loaded into our crushing plant while monitoring the plant to ensure efficient operation at all times.
Responsibilities
Complete and document checks on the plant and machinery, quality of finished product and daily production records.
Ensure safe and proficient operating of plant & machinery.
Repair and maintain the plant, yard & machines as required.
Providing accurate reporting of daily production, quality & safety through the role.

Minimum Requirements
Must hold a class 2 full New Zealand Drivers Licence.
Proven experience operating Loaders/Diggers.
WTR Endorsement - Preferred but not a deal breaker.
Passionate about your work and has a can-do attitude.
A Health and Safety mindset for themselves and teammates.
The ability to work well within a small team and occasionally alone with minimal supervision.
Be fit and able to lift heavy loads.
Hours of work will be mainly Monday to Friday working approx. 10 hour shifts between 06.00am to 06.00pm. Weekend work may be requested on an ad hoc basis. This role will be at minimum 40 hours per week. Hourly Rate will range from $26.72 – $35.78 per hour based on experience.
Official position title will be Specialist Operator.
