This pivotal role will advance the Mohio suite of applications, enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering seamless, impactful solutions.It is an opportunity to lead transformative digital projects within a values-driven organisation committed to enhancing health outcomes and digital accessibility.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the modernisation roadmap for the Mohio suite, incorporating strategic planning, application consolidation, and technical enhancements.Deliver agile, whanau-centric solutions aligned with organisational goals, enhancing service offerings for customers and stakeholders.Foster a high-performing development team culture that aligns with organisational values and encourages accountability and technical excellence.Collaborate closely with internal leaders and external partners to ensure that Mohio's products align with business needs and provide substantial value.Implement best practices in software architecture and cloud technologies, creating a resilient and scalable infrastructure.Manage technical operations, ensuring systems operate within budget, meet service levels, and uphold cybersecurity standards.Develop and present compelling business cases for digital investments, considering long-term costs, sustainability, and ROI.Ensure alignment with health and safety protocols, organisational policies, and continuous service improvements.Engage with stakeholders to maximise product adoption, enhance brand visibility, and identify innovative opportunities to improve health outcomes and drive sustainable growth.Qualifications and Experience:Essential:10+ years of experience in software development management, particularly in application consolidation and modernisation.Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including designing scalable architectures and transitioning legacy systems to the cloud.Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modernisation strategies, including microservices and serverless computing.Expertise in full-stack development (frontend frameworks and backend systems such as ASP.NET, .NET Core).Proficiency in data analytics, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps for enhanced development workflows.Knowledge of technology solutions in health or social services.Bachelor's degree in Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Desired:Postgraduate degree in Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Management-level experience in ICT, health, or community-focused sectors.How to Apply:Click APPLY and include your CV and cover letter.
