Its ambitious, multi-million-pound housing delivery programme is a core element of the organisation's vision, ensuring the provision of more, high-quality affordable homes that meet the needs of existing residents, families in need of rehousing, and aspiring homeowners.New build activity is sourced, commissioned, and delivered by the Development service which comprises New Business, Delivery, Sales, and Aftercare teams who work closely together to provide robust end-to-end project management, with a key focus on outcomes for customers.What you'll be doingWorking alongside several equivalent roles and reporting to the Development Manager, Development Project Managers play a crucial and high-profile role in the delivery of new build projects, taking charge of the construction phase and proactively engaging with key stakeholders throughout to ensure that homes are delivered to scope, budget, and quality requirements.You will hold a portfolio of delivery projects which will comprise land-led delivery, package deals, and acquisitions from the market, across a range of geographical locations.
