About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer ready to take the next step in their career and lead our talented development team. As our Development Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role driving our software development efforts and guiding a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Champion best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologiesLead and mentor a development team consisting of software, firmware, and hardware developers.Guide the team in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.Collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Sales and Management.Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural design.Support the professional development and growth of your team members. Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.Extensive experience in .NET Core and C#.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other developers.Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience applying them in practice.Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning. Bonus Points: Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools.Experience with using and implementing AI into business applicationsExperience with hardware or embedded systems.
