We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Desktop Analyst to join our busy IT Customer Service team responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of our desktop services across the Treasury and DPMC.
In this varied role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT queries. You will need a wide breadth of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations. Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.
