Free carparking at our Otautahi office About the Role: Based in Otautahi Christchurch, you will be an integral part of the Preconstruction team managing the design process, coordinating design and feasibility reports, tenders, and high level proposals in line with the client brief.
Working with clients to develop project brief Engage with consultants to deliver high quality and accurate design Review design drawings, evaluate risks Drive and coordinate the tender process Coordinate and develop design & feasibility reports Negotiate and develop contracts – NZ3910, NZ3916 About You: You will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player that is confident in challenging the status quo and add value in every area!
