We are seeking a highly adaptable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant. No two customers or homes are the same, so your ability to suggest a diverse range of options and tailor solutions is crucial.Along with customer service, you will also help to maintain stock levels and inventory as well as managing the customer database in our POS and online systems.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and the wider team to drive growth through delivering sales in the window furnishings market.Consult with customers both in-store and in their homes, understanding their needs and offering the best design solutions for their space.Collaborate with sales team members to pursue new leads and ensure a seamless customer experience.Cultivate strong and long-lasting customer relationships, aiming for repeat business and referrals.Manage stock levels and inventory, utilizing our POS and online systems to maintain accurate records.Provide design and technical advice on our product offerings, ensuring customers receive comprehensive information.Assist in general shop maintenance, including updating merchandise displays and maintaining a tidy environment.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends in the interiors industry to provide informed recommendations.You will haveAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in sales.
