Our new DP will have a proven record of successfully leading special educational needs and Inclusive Practices as well as pedagogical initiatives. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills are essential for supporting not only our students to grow, but also our teachers.If you are a team player who is passionate, empathetic, inclusive and believe that 'together is better' and that student agency is paramount to success within a supportive learning-focused environment then you could be our next Deputy Principal.We are looking for someone who knows how to place our tamariki/children at the heart of what they do.
