Our new Deputy Principal must exhibit a proven track record of curriculum leadership with a focus on Years 1 to 4. They will have the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach others, be approachable and empathetic, adopt a growth mindset when facing challenges, and include family/whanau in the learning journey of their tamariki.
