Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data around curriculum and assessment to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and the community. Cultural Fit: A genuine willingness to embrace our school culture and local community. Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to bring out the best in others, through a strengths-based approach.
