This is pivotal in supporting our school to strengthen progress and achievement for student outcomes, pastoral care, and positive relationships with students, staff, whanau, and the wider community.A deep understanding and active, living commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi with the implementation of matauranga Maori incorporated into our school curriculum, pedagogy, and culture is crucial. Attributes and characteristics to build and maintain professional and effective relationships, with high-level communication and interpersonal skills that enable the effective day-to-day management of the school, are essential.Applicants can be primary or secondary trained - AJHS operates under the Secondary collective.
