An educator who builds collaborative relationships with staff and students, as this is important to the school culture.You will have demonstrated leadership in your school at middle or senior leadership. You will have a full knowledge of current educational theory and best practice and be able to develop this with our staff and students.The position requires a person who has an in-depth understanding of pedagogy and curriculum requirements. Knowledge of the I.B. Middle Years Programme would be an advantage but not a requirement. The college is also looking for a person who is familiar with school operations, has a strong pastoral and wellbeing focus and will work effectively and collaboratively with a high functioning cohesive senior leadership team.It is expected that all Deputy Principals are visible and build connections with the school community.This is a permanent, full-time position and receives 7 Salary Units (SU) and 1 Senior Management Allowance (SMA).
