This pivotal role involves building strong partnerships with whanau, Maori, Pasifika, and the wider community, ensuring an inclusive and culturally responsive environment that enhances student achievement. You will also lead our school's assessment strategy, focusing on data-driven practices that support personalised learning, student well-being, and equitable outcomes. The role requires leadership in managing assessment tools, interpreting data, and mentoring staff to improve teaching and learning practices.The ideal candidate will have significant experience in school leadership, including expertise in assessment for learning, curriculum alignment, and community partnership development.
