We are looking to recruit a Deputy Hotel Manager to assist our Operations Manager to continue to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
The Deputy Manager will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times - professional, personalised standard of service where guest needs are met at every opportunity.
This role is hands-on, leading by example and is very customer-focused.
It is a full-time position (5 days out of 7).
As Deputy Manager, you will have operational responsibility for reception, housekeeping, and restaurant, in the absence of the Operations Manager.
You will need to ensure accuracy of guest billing, financial reporting, daily banking and cash handling, reservation process, as well as ensuring room revenue is maximised at all times, through occupancy and average room rates.
You will have responsibility for the bar including stock control.
The role will require excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability as well as the ability to manage, motivate, and develop the teams.

The role would suit someone with a strong Reception background, who is an adaptable team player with proven leadership qualities.
As you would expect, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standard of service is the most important role for the Deputy Manager.
The successful candidate will be well-presented, have a keen eye for detail and possess first-class communication and customer service skills.
