The Details:As a Deputy Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will assist the Home/Deputy Manager with CQC audits, rotas, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more. Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a true role model for staff members.
About You:We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
