Position: Deputy Manager Salary: £50,000 Per Annum Hours: Full time - Day Shifts Company Type: Medium Care Provider Requirement: Must be a Nurse with a valid NMC Pin Job Description As a Deputy Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full.
You will assist the Home/Deputy Manager with CQC audits, Rota, Recruitment, Mentoring, Appraisals, and more.
Another key aspect will be developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a true role model for staff members.
About You We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
