As the Deputy General Manager Site Pathways, you will be an inclusive Leader and your role will be accountable for leading and managing the development and delivery of services related to rehabilitation, learning and employment services and opportunities for people in our care.By leading an integrated and unified approach to service delivery across the range of services we provide, you will support the achievement of our goal of reducing re-offending and safer communities.Appointment will be based on Scale C of the Frontline Managers Collective Agreement Step 1 ($125,985 – Step 6 $146,297), with annual progression through to Step 6. Consideration can be given for appointments at Step 2 or higher based on proven skills and experience relevant to the role.By demonstrating visible leadership, you will have the courage, passion and determination to deliver outstanding results, raising the bar for quality practice with a deep understanding and appreciation for the issues the tane in our care face.Your leadership style will be inclusive and collaborative, and you will be able to clearly demonstrate your passion for building community relationships that maximise rehabilitation and reintegration outcomes.
