Deputy Chief Executive, Operations (fixed term)

The Pacific Association of Supreme Audit Institutions (PASAI) is the Pacific region's official association of supreme audit institutions (government audit offices and similar organisations).

We promote transparent and accountable use of public resources in the Pacific by helping to improve the quality of public auditing.

We're looking for a highly skilled Deputy Chief Executive, Operations to join our Secretariat team. In this role, you'll work across the PASAI Secretariat to support and report on operational service delivery, as well as providing strong leadership and ongoing program oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Lead PASAI's annual strategic planning and work program planning processes, ensuring insights inform continuous improvement. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Build and manage high performing teams. Minimum Requirements: You'll need at least ten years' experience in operational/program management roles, with a demonstrated track record managing people and core business services from a process, technology, and compliance perspective. Experience managing budgets and financial planning is also important.

This role is a fixed-term position through to the end of PASAI's current funding period in June 2029. You'll be located at the Secretariat headquarters in Auckland, and some travel may be required.
