As a Deployment Coordinator at our Rosedale office in Auckland, New Zealand you will be an integral part of our Global Field Service and Deployment team, contributing to the seamless deployment of Teletrac Navman products.
Responsibilities and Duties: Be a contributing member of the Global Field Service and Deployment team, collaborating with internal and external contractor resources.Manage the deployment of Teletrac Navman solutions for new and existing customers, coordinating and scheduling installation and service work through available resources.
Resolve escalated service requirements and provide support to existing customers with RMA repairs, work orders, and TOW to the installer network.
Ensure orders and resource engagements are processed within designated timeframes, maintaining professional and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.Provide a contact point for customers, ensuring their satisfaction levels are met, and recognize and identify at-risk situations, liaising with internal support for timely resolutions.Liaise with installers and customers to manage project work planning and be accountable for service delivery performance in Australia, New Zealand, and other regions as required.Keep key stakeholders informed about installation schedules, manage solution implementation across multiple sites/premises, and validate installation services performed.
Manage customer billing and vendor payment processes, schedule internal Field Technicians where applicable, and provide support to internal partners as needed.Required Skills / Qualifications: High level of customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone.
Display a high level of self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
Ability to work within a fast-paced positive culture, supporting a strong team environment.Strong desire to succeed with a keen interest in organizational progression.
